NEXTpedition® · executive team session
The future-of-work session for executive teams.
NEXTpedition® by Nibor NEXT is a two-hour session about the future of work for executive and management teams of up to 8 people.
In two hours we look at how your team works, makes decisions and collaborates, and what that means when the work around you changes.
Executive teams talk a lot about how work is changing. Rarely about how they work themselves.
AI, changing employee expectations and a tight labour market are changing how work gets done. NEXTpedition turns the conversation around and starts with the executive team itself.
Three stages, two hours in total
Mirror
We map how the team currently makes decisions, works together and handles change. Often everyone turns out to see this a little differently.
Fracture
We set that way of working against a number of future scenarios and look at where it starts to strain.
Anchor
The team agrees what it wants to keep, what needs to change and what the first steps are.
When is this right for your team?
AI and changing employee expectations are on the agenda, but the conversation is about the organisation.
The team talks about change, and rarely about how it works and decides itself.
Everyone on the team sees the way of working a little differently.
(04) What you take away

Right for some, not for others
Right for

What teams want to know first
How many people can take part?
Up to 8 participants. The session works best with the whole team at the table.
Where does the session take place?
The location does not matter. At your office, at another venue or elsewhere.
How long does it take?
The session takes two hours.
What does NEXTpedition cost?
The price is on request. Send an email and you will receive a proposal.
Can it be part of a larger programme?
Yes. NEXTpedition stands on its own, but it is also a good start to a larger programme.
