NEXTpedition®
Privacy statement
How Nibor NEXT handles your personal data on nextpedition.eu. Last updated on 30 September 2026.
Who is responsible
Nibor NEXT B.V., based in Amstelveen, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 99898357, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this statement. Questions about privacy can be sent to robin@nibor-next.com.
What data we process
This website has no form and no account. We only process data you give us yourself, for example when you email us: your name, email address, organisation, job title and what you write in your message. If you become a client, we also process the data needed for quotes, assignments and invoices.
What we use it for
To answer your question, make a proposal, carry out an assignment and invoice it, and to meet legal obligations such as the tax retention requirement. The legal basis is your request for contact, the performance of a contract or a legal obligation.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed for the contact, and at most two years after the last contact if no assignment follows. We keep financial records for seven years, because the law requires it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We do use services from others, such as Microsoft for email, an accounting package for bookkeeping and Netlify for hosting this website. Agreements on the security of your data apply to these parties.
Cookies and technical data
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking services. We host the fonts ourselves, so no data goes to other parties. For security and to handle outages, Netlify temporarily keeps technical data in log files, such as IP addresses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to object and to have your data transferred. Send an email to robin@nibor-next.com for this. We respond within four weeks.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised use, such as encrypted connections, two-step verification and limited access.
Changes
We may change this statement. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
